In overall, the place is wonderful, has always polite and welcoming staff in all areas. It has great and unbeatable location, right by Porto Cristo, Palma and Sillot and the beach or harbour.

Clean and pleasant place and the breakfast was more than adequate and very good. There was very pleasant staff and the service was good. Booked twin room, that was provided with a balcony as well as books to relax. I enjoyed to spend time in the busy jazz bar.
Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were not so helpful.
